Excellent stay for family with 2 year old. We also had a very late late flight on our last day and requested a late check out. We thought there may be an extra fee, but were told no. On our last day we confirmed in the morning with the front desk- Givam and he said it is a charge. We explained we were given information that we could stay without a fee and had we had the fee we would have just held our suitcases for the day, but they allowed us to stay till 6pm free of charge. It was a kind gesture and we are very thankful. We ate at the hotel and had a lovely experience. The food, location, and staff was wonderful and surpassed US standards.

Room: clean and well decorated. First night in a room with 2 beds, without kettle and nice closet space. Other 6 nights in another room with a king bed, with kettle but with less closet space. Breakfast: verry good, lots of variety, different cakes and jams every day, at least 5 sorts of bread, croissants and cheese breads, 3 types of cut fruit and a fruit basked to choose from... Facilities: Verry clean and well maintained. Staff : Verry friendly and helpfull. Location : Central and well located next to bars and restaurants. On a main avenue.

we upscaled to Novotel for our return overnight to BH (after staying in a cheaper. functional hotel in same area earlier). so we appreciated the modernity, spaciousness of lobby snd breakfast area. breakfast is varied and good. this is an excellent choice, but it’s not an unusual or charming property - it’s reliable and felt quite good after our previous hotel. the hotel arranged taxi to airport and driver was right on time!

Great location, near Savassi and with a nice selection of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Room was spacious and comfortable, with good soundproofing. Very nice shower, good water pressure. Front desk was well manned and staff were polite and very helpful.
